Aquatic Management Act
The Department of Fisheries has commenced its consultation on proposed new laws that will enable government meet the challenge of fish resources management and aquatic sustainability in the 21st Century.
Please find below a discussion paper for downloading. These documents describe a framework for a new laws to replace the Fish Resources Management Act 1994. Given that these laws will impact on WA aquaculture it is important that the industry provides input into the proposed law reform.
